More Positive Horsemanship Course Dates for July

In addition to the dates already published for May, we have also arranged for Vanessa Bee (www.positivehorsemanship.com) to come again in July. Here are the dates:

15th/16th July Basic Skills to Positive Horsemanship 1 (groundwork)
17th/18th July Basic Skills to Positive Horsemanship 2 (ridden work)
19th/20th July Ready to Ride (starting youngsters)

Hello!

I'm buzzing so much just lately with all the 'Positive Horsemanship' that I have been learning.

The courses in May were fabulous and by the end of the week I had done groundwork with my new baby Arab and tried out the ridden skills on a friend's horse. The last course of the week was the 'Using a Round Pen' and it was a revelation. My two Welsh ponies seemed to take to this really well and were working better for me off the line than on it! By the end of the course, my 3 year old Welsh had a saddle on and I was long-reining her round the field. This she did completely happily even though it was all new to her.

Anyway, Vanessa is back again in July as above although the dates have changed slightly. They are now:

Friday 14th/Saturday 15th Basic Skills 1
Sunday 16th/Monday 17th Basic Skills 2
Tuesday 18th/Wednesday 19th Ready to Ride

I'm posting the details here but I'm so excited to say that they are practically full. We could take a couple more for the 'Ready to Ride'.
