A basic Skills one course will be available on Monday & Tuesday 29th & 30th September. This course is suitable for all people - those who have been around horses all their lives or those people who have only recently shown an interest in horses and would like to learn more. The course will include interacting with a horse on the ground. Being in control of the horse's feet. Identifying and releasing 'braces and blocks' in horse and handler. The Positive attitude of the handler. Participants are welcome to bring their own horse or there may be some horses which participants can handle if they wish . A full set of course notes are available and each participant recieves a certificate of completion. For those people travelling a distance accommadation can be arranged locally if required. Those who have already completed this course are welcome to repeat if they wish This course is beneficial for horse owners who have a horse that walks all over them or the type of horse that is unmanageable when they take it to a show . Pulling the handler all over the place. This course is also very beneficial to horse owners who have difficulty in Loading their horse or pony.
