Hi everyone, I'm delighed to announce our first trimming get together for the year. This will be an afternoon aimed at discussing our experiences with trimming, transitioning, resources etc among horse owners.
This is an informal meeting of minds as opposed to a workshop of any kind.
It has been suggested that one area to chat about on the day should be hoof boots and several people will be bringing along their boots to show to others and also to ask question about. This should be a REALLY handy experience for anyone thinking of getting boots for their horses. We will also be bringing along our books and other resources for people to have a look at on the day.
Other areas that might be discussed would be nutrition and general tips and tricks.
Overall the day is aimed at encouraging and supporting each other and at finding out how we can improve our standard of care.
It will be held on either the 21st or the 22nd of April and the venue has to be decided. It will either be in Clare or East Galway.
It would be great to see old and new faces there,
