THE PSYCHOLOGY OF BREEDING- DISCUSSION NIGHT AT THE BURN, BELFAST Have you ever wondered about the latest research on horse psychology and how it relates to how we work practically with our horses? On Tuesday 28th April from 7.30pm to 9pm you can come along to the classroom at the Burn Equestrian Centre, Belfast, and take advantage of the opportunity to discuss exactly this with Dr Helen Spence, psychologist and equine behaviour and training consultant. Helen will be covering temperament assessment, handling the newborn foal, training of the foal and weaning methods in this breeding focused discussion night. You can share your own experiences and see how these relate to the latest findings on what is most beneficial for the balanced psychological development of the horse from foal to adult. This informal evening is a great learning opportunity for anyone interested in the psychology of the horse as relates to breeding. Just turn up on the night- admission £5.
