Emma Jane Clarke, EFI Coach and Positive Horsemanship trainer is holding a series of clinics this Spring introducing the principles of horsemanship from handling the young horse to developing riding skills.
The days are a mix of theory and practical sessions exploring horse psychology, body language and ground handling skills and how they relate to riding.
Venue: Finsceal Stud & Warrenstown Lodge, Dunboyne, Co. Meath
Sat 14th March 2009: Introduction to Ridden Skills
Sat & Sun 28th & 29th March 2009: Five Foundation Skills For Young Horses
Sat 4th April 2009: Introduction to Ground Skills
Sat 11th April 2009: Introduction to Ridden Skills
The clinics are targeted at all those who: ►wish to enhance their horsemanship skills, ►have horses with behavioural issues, ►are a nervous or inexperienced owner, to help grow confidence in handling the horse.
