Anyone bought one from Ireland? Just wondering if you can actually buy them here, and if anyone had (not for me though, I'm quite fond of my old Limerick saddle ;D ) This is what I've found out so far.... www.treefreesaddles.co.uk/ supposed to be nice, based in devon. Torsion saddles have an Irish distributor, but have been advised to go for a barefoot cheyenne over a torsion anyday... Half the price and better quality. Sensations saddles can be got in Uk and seller is very willing to talk to any Irish folk who have Qs, etc .. I have her contact details if interested www.scallywagsequinesupplies.co.uk ... heres link to pic of saddle www.scallywagsequinesupplies.co.uk/p/product/0710034642-Western+Sport+Trail/

www.bettersaddles.com (UK) do a good range of treeless - barefoot is a good choice. Don't know of anyone in Ireland yet, there could be a opening there! Lesley

Hi, I use a Freeform Treeless saddle from Goldfinch Equestrian. You can see all the range on www.goldfinch-equestrian.co.uk. It is quite substantial - not flimsy like a lot of treeless saddles, and is quite traditional looking. It is soo comfortable that when I rode in a normal saddle on holiday I got a really sore bum. I absolutely love it and Manadis seems to really like it too. They are not available from Ireland but I got mine second hand from Ebay for a good price. I would really recommend them. Michelle

hi, Goodwins in Mulhuddart, Co. Dublin sell the Torsion treeless. Used to have a Torsion for my Arab mare in Finland, only thing that fitted her and I loved it, unfortunately it went walkabout and I never got it back..... When my Arab stallion Prince came into my life last year I knew treeless was the only way to go again - he is built like a barrell and no withers... This time I went for a Barefoot Cheyenne and both of us enjoy that saddle very much. I am not adverse to treed saddles at all, but I really enjoy the close feeling you get in a treeless and I dont have to worry about the saddle not fitting him when he changes shape.

We got a Freeform off Ebay for £150, seems to do the job OK, needs a treeless saddle pad with a higher withered horse but I think all true treeless do. I'd love a Cheyenne, but no complaints about this one. Lesley

Hi, I am selling my Barefoot Cheyenne in size 2, in excellent condition with the medium "tree" in pommel. Used less than a year, bought it in May last year. No marks on it at all. Can email pics privately if anyone is interested. Selling it because I am buying a different model as we will be showing and I need a more "conventional looking" treeless saddle for that! Lena
