;D Hi all, had been looking at this DVD all Summer (it is a 3 dvd box set and costs around 70 canadian dollars) and it is fantastic to say the least. We all know about how our body language affects horses and how they interact with each other but this dvd really makes you aware as they say that everything means something whether it is our body language or your horse.
The thing that really hit home with me is that our horses are in a constant state of awareness of what we do with our bodies and when we are exhibiting rude behaviour to them without us even being aware of it.
They are not aware that we are not aware and think we are just plain rude, hence the high headed, pushy horses that we then try to fix when it is us that needs the fixing.
I was pretty knackered after constantly watching my body language with jack for an hour but feel just like learning a new dance it will get smoother with time. The feed back from Jack has been amazing and when he realised that I was consistent with him every day and it was not just a fluke the first day he is a different boy.
So I will stop ranting on now except to say get out and get this box set. There will pennies dropping all over the place. if anyone has it or gets it let me know what you and your horse think.
