Hi all... This just be a quick general question to see what you think... Met a lovely piebald mare today ON THE ROAD! This is a fairly busy road where people whizz by on their way to Cork city. And today was no different people were overtaking me as I was trying to catch her...which luckily she didn't make too hard. It was a major accident waiting to happen just leaving her there... Question: Do people have ANY common sense these days??!!! I'm surprised they didn't beep at us they were in such a hurry!! Anyway got her back into her field with the help of another nice man.. Later today somebody mentioned to me that had something happened while I was trying to catch (i.e. I was 'meant to have control' of the pony) her that they might 'come on' me/ sue me.... is that possible? ?? Also, WHO IS responsible landowner or horse owner??? Any thoughts people??

We live in a world gone mad! Lucky for the horse you took the time to bring him to safety. Horses do have 'right of way' though!
