Hi everyone,
I'm new. Love the site. Finding a lot of useful info here.
So to introduce ourselves - my husband and I have two young fillies - half sisters (same mother). The eldest is four in June and her sister is three in May. (Their poor mother - no rest there!). We got them last February (08). The 4 year old was trained last summer but hasn't been ridden since then because of husbands knee injury and the 3 year old is to be trained this year - though I think she's still very juvenille (very gangly still and a bit of a baby) so we'll see. She had a rough 18 months before to got her and I think that knocked her development back (but thats a long story).
Anyway really want to train her as gently as possible and thinking of retraining for her sister as well as its been a while since she's had a rider.
Anyway thats us - great site - will be visiting regularly.

Well here's a pic of our two girls. It was taken in February during a snowfall justs in front of their stables. Val is the one in front - shes also the older one. As you can see she loves the camera but isn't keen on sharing picture space with her sister. Right now they are shedding like mad - think I could actually make a grey horsehair jumper if I collected it all!

Yep - though that when I saw him. Vals build is quite like his but his colouring is closer to Taras.
